The service

ProPicAi generates images with AI from the photos you upload and the text you enter. Outputs are created automatically; checking them — especially any text in the image — before use is your responsibility.

Prohibited uses

Uploading or using another person's face without their explicit consent.

Creating fake customer reviews, fake people, or misleading advertising presented as genuine.

Forging official documents, or using generated headshots in official applications.

Any unlawful, hateful or sexual content, or content involving minors.

Infringing third parties' trademark, copyright or personality rights.

Credits

Each generation costs the credits shown before it starts. Failed generations are refunded automatically; for partially successful ones, only the images that could not be created are refunded.

Images created with free credits carry a watermark.

Content rights

You confirm you hold the rights to what you upload. You may use generated images in line with these terms and applicable law. We recommend disclosing that they are AI-generated.

Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts and content that violate these terms without prior notice.
